1974 Volkswagen Beetle, Sunbug edition
Deep violet clearcoat metallic paint
I have all receipts from past 13 years.
Mostly summer driven (it experienced one winter a few years back).

I bought the car in 1992 from a certified VW mechanic and local beetle guru, Ernie Abel, a name well known in the southwestern Ontario Beetle scene. Apparently he purchased the car from it's first owner, a local priest.

I have recently purchased a new convertible and find myself driving the beetle less and less. It's also getting older and showing wear and tear and I'm afraid I can no longer give it the special treatment it deserves.

After 13 years of fun it's time to part with my bug. It's served me well as a summer daily driver.
