What attaches the door hinge to the door???

It looks like bolts, How do they come off? I have to fix a dent and the lower hinge mounting point on a door and need to remove the hinge from the door to do it.

The hinge is usually spot welded to the door

It looks like a screw just like the one holding it to the body, without any way to remove it without drilling it out.

Got it. They are cold riveted. Just center punch the rivet then drill it out with 1/4" bit and the hinge falls right off. I'll put them back on by threading the hole in the hinge and using the same countersunk screws that hold the hinge to the body.

My bad
I've never seen a door without hinges so I assumed they were welded on.

the hinges are riveted to the door
but the hinge is screwed to the body with large phillips head countersunk screws.
these need to be removed with a special tool..
well they aren't that special as i have one...
it has the phillips head on one end and its a punch
that you hit with a hammer....
when you hit this tool it turns the screw in or out...
as i believe you can change which way it will turn...

there is a plate [s] behind the door jamb that the screws screw into
the plate can move around slightly for alignment...
